How to Accept a Team Member Invite on Houzz Pro

Once you've been invited to join a professional on Houzz Pro as their team member, you will receive an email that looks similar to the one below. If your email address is not currently associated with a Houzz account, you will be prompted to sign up and create a free account. Click Sign Up to Get Started.
If your email address is already associated with a Houzz account, you will simply need to click to sign in with your existing password.

You will be directed to a signup page with the team you are joining noted at the top. The email you were invited with will be pre-populated, so all you have to do is create a password and click Sign Up.
Already have an account with the email you were invited with? Click Sign In towards the bottom of the page and enter your login credentials.

Once you've signed up or signed in, you will be taken to your Houzz Pro account under the team profile that you were invited to. To check this, you can click on the company logo at the bottom of the left navigation (it should match the logo of the team you were invited to) and look at the top of the menu. You should see Signed in as... [Team Name].
Note: Do not start a free trial of Houzz Pro using a team member account, as it can interfere with the setup and functionality of your account.

Update Account Info and Set Your Avatar
If you need to view or make changes to your account info, including email address and password, hover over the profile icon at the bottom of the left navigation and click Account Info from the menu.

Within your Account Info page, you can also set a user avatar. This avatar is the image that will be used throughout Houzz Pro to identify ownership of documents and assigned tasks, as well as in various communications with your team and clients. Add a clear headshot or a image that represents you. If you don't add one, the first two letters of your team member name will be used.


How to Switch Between Multiple Teams
If you have joined multiple teams with the same email address, you can easily switch between teams while signed in on desktop and the mobile app.
Desktop
On the desktop version of Houzz Pro, there are two places to switch teams. One option is to hover over the profile icon at the bottom of the left navigation. You'll see Signed in as... [Team Name] at the top to indicate the team you are currently viewing. To switch to another team view, click on the desired team under Houzz Accounts.

The other option is to click the team name at the top of your homepage and select the team you want to switch to from the dropdown. With either method of switching, you should now see the information from the team you switched to in your account.
Mobile App
On the Houzz Pro mobile app, tap the More icon on the bottom menu. From here, you'll see the current team at the top. Tap Switch Accounts to change which team you're viewing in the app.
Select the team you wish to switch to from the menu, and you will now see the updated team at the top of your page.

If you are missing features that you think you should have access to, reach out to your teams admin and ask that they review and adjust your permissions.
Why am I not getting notifications for certain things?

I'm a team member on multiple teams but I don't see the option to switch teams when signed in. How do I switch teams?
If you don't see multiple teams listed under Other Accounts in the profile menu in the left navigation, it's likely because you were invited to different teams using separate email addresses. If that's the case, you will need to sign out and sign in using your team-specific email and password to access each team.
