How to Use the Global Tracker Report

With the Global Tracker Report on Houzz Pro, you can download a Selections Tracker for multiple projects simultaneously. In addition to choosing specific projects, you can filter and sort the data to focus on what matters most — such as exporting products from a single supplier, items in a particular order status, or those within a specific category. The report can be exported as either an XLS or CSV file.

This global tracker report is particularly useful for generating Monthly GST Reports, getting a consolidated view of ongoing projects, and sharing updates with external partners like warehouses and subcontractors to ensure everyone stays aligned.

Access the Global Tracker Report

To access your global tracker report, locate the Financial Reports section via the Company icon in the left navigation, then scroll down to the Selections Tracker section and click Generate Report next to Global Tracker Report.

Filter and Generate Report

The filters on the global tracker report can be configured numerous ways to give you data across multiple projects, customised to your exact needs.

Step 1: Select Project(s) and Filters

Use the Projects and Filters dropdowns at the top of the page to refine your report by project (only projects you have permission to access), approval status, document type, vendor, order status and more. Make sure to click Apply within the dropdowns once you've selected your options.

Step 2: Select Document Timestamp (Optional)

You can export project data based on a specific document timestamp (creation date, sent date, or paid date). To do this, choose the relevant timestamp from the dropdown in Step 2, then set the document timeframe. Make sure to click Apply within the dropdowns once you've selected your options.

Step 3: Generate Report

When you've set your customisations, click Generate Report. Within the modal that pops up, select your report format (Excel or CSV) and choose the preset for the details you want to include in your export (Custom or Profitability). Use the custom preset for full control over all details (item, document status, financials, order tracking etc) or use the profitability preset for a quick export of profit details (selling vs purchase price). Click Download Report when you've finalised your selections.

By default, your reports will be sent to the email associated with your Houzz Pro account, as shown next to the filters. To send to a different email address, click change and enter the desired email.

Global tracker reports are also available for download 24 hours from the time of generation within your reports page. Click Download next to any available report to access the export directly from Houzz Pro.

Note: Image links within downloaded reports expire after one week. You can always generate the same report again to access updated image links.
