Where Can I Track All My Online Payments?
You can keep track of your Online Payments made through Houzz Pro in both the Payments Report and the Payouts Report. You can access these reports under the Financial Reports section, which you will find via the Company icon in the left navigation.
The Payments Report allows you to keep track of all the individual payments coming in, both online and manually logged. For online payments you can see the client's charged date, deposit date, total payout and more.
The Payouts Report allows you to keep track of the deposits that reach (or failed to reach) your connected bank account. It consolidates multiple payments and refunds into a single view.

Tracking Online Payments in the Payments Report
In the Payments Report, use the Payment Type filter and select “Online” to see only online payments. Make sure to click Apply Changes to see all applicable payments for the selected time period.

You’ll see information for each individual online payment, such as the processing fee, total payout, charge date, deposit date, total bank transfer, transfer ID, and more.
Note that if an online payment has yet to be deposited into your bank account, you can check the Estimated Deposit Date in your Payments Report, under the Deposit Date column, or by clicking on a payment in the document it was made on and viewing the Payment Details pop-up.

Tracking Online Payments in the Payouts Report
In the Payouts Report you have full visibility into the details and status of your online payments that will be deposited into your bank account. This includes breakdowns of payouts with multiple payments, failed payouts and more.
You'll be able to see deposited date (estimated if the payout is in transit), transfer ID, net amount and more.

Online Payment Notifications
When your client pays you through online payments, you’ll get notified via email immediately after the payment has been made. You’ll be notified twice: Once when the payment has been paid and is pending, and once again when the payment has been authorised (once it’s been processed and approved by the issuing bank).
You will also receive a banner notification on your Houzz Pro homepage, as well as on your project overview page. You will be able to see if a payment was paid or unsuccessful, as well as if it is pending, in-transit, or canceled. Click View Report to see the Payouts Report and view more details about the payment.
